Lawful Use of GPS Tracking Devices

Orders & Order Acceptance

Customers are responsible for activating and using their devices according to the instructions provided.
Unused portions of an included service period are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash unless otherwise required by applicable law.

GPS Link may offer monthly, semi-annual, annual, or other subscription options for access to our web tracking platform and mobile application.
Subscription features, prices, duration, device limits, and other conditions may vary depending on the selected plan.
Customers are responsible for selecting a subscription that meets their requirements.
Continued access to subscription-based services may require payment of applicable renewal fees.
Subscription Renewals
Where automatic renewal is offered and selected, your subscription may renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the applicable renewal date.
The renewal price may be the current price of the selected plan at the time of renewal.
Where automatic renewal is not enabled, customers are responsible for renewing their subscriptions before expiration to avoid service interruption.

SIM Cards & Data Connectivity
GPS Link may provide specialized IoT or M2M SIM cards and data connectivity plans for compatible GPS devices.
SIM cards and connectivity services must be used only with authorized devices and for their intended purposes.
Network availability, speed, coverage, and connectivity depend partly on third-party mobile network operators and telecommunications providers.
GPS Link cannot guarantee uninterrupted network availability in all locations.
You must not remove, misuse, modify, resell, transfer, or use SIM cards for unauthorized purposes unless expressly permitted by GPS Link.
Device Installation
Certain GPS devices may require professional installation or connection to a vehicle, machine, sensor, power source, or other equipment.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that devices are installed correctly and safely.
Where professional installation is recommended, customers should use a suitably qualified technician.
GPS Link is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation, unauthorized modifications, misuse, incompatible equipment, or failure to follow product instructions.
Sensors & Accessories
GPS Link may sell cables, connectors, installation harnesses, fuel sensors, temperature sensors, panic buttons, and other accessories.
Customers are responsible for confirming compatibility before purchasing or installing accessories.
Certain sensors and accessories may require professional installation, calibration, configuration, or compatible hardware and software.
